Deleting User Data

In case you want to close your audiocards.app account and have your personal data deleted permanently, please follow these steps:

• Open the app on your phone and log in using the account that you want to close
• on the Profile screen select the  Contact us menu item
• from the Contact us screen please send a message with the following content: “Please close my account and delete my personal information.“
• After receiving your request we will ask for a confirmation from you using the email address that is associated with your account. Once the confirmation is received we close your account and delete your personal information from our database.

IMPORTANT – after you close your account and delete your personal information we will not be able to restore your purchases.
